Throughout the decade Klaus was married five times to, Nerys Stokes, Claudia Piffenhöle (with whom he had a son, Helmut), Theda Wetzel, Lola Schlipp and Suzanne Watkins-Robb, the only spouse to survive him. The most striking moment of his career came with Gefährliche Brüste (1979), which, in Wohlfäht's uncompromising style, depicted the death of Harmony’s fourth wife, Lola Schlipp, in a plane crash. Suzanne Watkins-Robb played the role of Lola, marrying the composer a year later in 1980.

Ich habe allerdings in der Tat mal Werbung gemacht für einen Pornofilmverleiher in Dortmund. Einer der Filmtitel, der mir im Gedächtnis gebiieben ist, trug den Namen "Infernalische Schenkel". Sowas ist echt schon wieder Kunst. Das kann man einfach nicht mehr toppen. Genial.

Ich hab das noch irgendwo, das war ne Broschüre. Und schwarzweiß Anzeigen in den Ruhr-Nachrichten, wo ich ein Playboy Centerfold in die Reprokamera gelegt habe, hart kopiert und dann so Gitterstäbe davor gemalt hab. Das wurde dann tatsächlich als Anzeige veröffentlicht.

Und mit einem Rapidograph habe ich noch Blutstropfen an die mit Letraset abgerubbelte Helvetica-Headline gemalt.

Au ja. Das würde ich auch gerne mal sehen. Weiss noch genau, dass diese verfluchten Rapis immer eingetrocknet waren, wenn man sie dringend brauchte. Und dann hiess es: stundenlang schütteln ... Außerdem verspreche ich, dass ich ab sofort lieb sein werde! Ährlich!
